Justin M. Dinnanauth is a strong human resources professional, currently serving a HR Business Partner at R/GA and holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management.

Previously, Dinnanauth held a recruiting internship at RapidSOS, where he supported the full cycle recruiting  process. Additionally, Dinnanauth had the opportunity to support various projects in the rapidly developing people operations department. His largest project included the complete restructuring of the onboarding process along with building and launching Greenhouse Onboarding.

 

In the summer of 2019, Dinnanauth held a human resources internship at Certified Laboratories, Inc. There, he was given the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the company's HR processes, including: recruiting, on-boarding, data management, employee engagement, off-boarding, and HRIS management.

 

As a student at Adelphi University, Dinnanauth was actively involved in a variety of campus organizations, including the HR Society where he served as President in the fall of 2019. Along with his on-campus involvement, Justin worked as the Student Manager for the university’s Office of the President and a Student Employee for the Office of Finance & Administration and the Office of Special Events.
